Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

Individuals or organizations may receive reimbursement for a cancellation if certain conditions are met.

• A refund of 100% will be guaranteed if the cancellation request is received in writing at least two weeks prior to the program start date, less a $25 administrative fee.
• No refund will be given for a “no show” or if the university was notified of a cancellation request less than two weeks prior to the start date of the program.

Additional Notes

A registration may be transferred to another person at any time for a $25 transfer fee. Refunds will not be given to any student dismissed from the program.

The university reserves the right to cancel academic camps/programs within 10 days of the start date. As a result, all refunds will be returned to the individual or organization in full.
