Upon request, counseling is available to any employee or student who believes that
she or he has been subjected to any form of sexual harassment, including sexual violence.
Current University students may contact Counseling and Psychological Services or Student
Health Services, located in the Ghering Health and Wellness Center, 300 Scotland Road,
at 814-732-2743. Current University employees may obtain counseling services through
the State Employees Assistance Program (SEAP) at 800-692-7459.
CAPS offers licensed psychological counselors employed by the University.

The Health Center offers licensed physicians, registered nurses and nurse practitioners at the Ghering Health and Wellness Center, employed by the University.
Confidential resources are places where a complainant of sexual violence may share
the incident of sexual violence with a licensed psychological counselor and licensed
physicians without having the incident or the complainant's name reported to anyone
else. Registered nurses, nurse practitioners and the secretary of the Ghering Health
and Wellness Center must report the incident to the Social Equity Director/Title IX
Coordinator without providing the complainant's name.
