Cancellation and Refund Policy
If a registration for attending a camp is canceled for any reason and certain conditions are met, the individual or organization may receive reimbursement.
If a registration is canceled for any reason, the individual or organization making the original tuition payment will receive:
- A refund of 100% will be guaranteed if the cancellation request is received in writing at least two weeks prior to the program start date, less a $25 administrative fee.
- No refund for a “No Show” or for a cancellation request will be received if notification was given less than two weeks prior to the start date of the program.
Note: A registration may be transferred to another person at any time for a $25 transfer fee. Refunds will not be given to any student dismissed from the program.
Please note, the university reserves the right to cancel academic camps/programs within 10 days of the start date. As a result, all refunds will be returned to the individual or organization in full.
