The CAPS professional staff is committed to providing you with high quality mental health care. For a deeper understanding of issues you or a friend may face, the following online resources may be helpful.
Concerning or Threatening Behavior Referral Form
If there is an immediate concern or threat to self or others, call University Police (814) 732-2911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Crisis Services - Call to be connected to 24-hour crisis intervention, stabilization, and assessment services.
HalfofUs – Awareness initiative by mtvU

ULifeline – Online screening and information
In addition, the Self Evaluator, a free, online screening, may be useful. Developed by Duke University School of Medicine, the Self Evaluator screens for the thirteen most common mental health conditions faced by many college students. It doesn’t give you a diagnosis, but instead identifies problems that could be impacting you. It also offers information on these conditions.
