          Wheelchair Sports

The Office for Accessibility Services (OAS) and Athletics at Edinboro University offer opportunities for students with disabilities to become involved in the sports of wheelchair basketball and air rifle target shooting.

Take a break from your studies by participating in wheelchair basketball or air rifle target shooting. Make new friends, gain new skills and have some fun!

          Adaptive Intramural and Recreational Sports

Students are encouraged to become involved in recreational sports and leisure activities through the Adaptive Intramural and Recreational Sports (AIRS) programs. Activities vary and are determined by student interest. Among the most frequent leisure and sport activities are swimming, bowling, exercise programs, snow tubing and support for University athletic and recreation programs.

          Wheelchair basketball

Do you enjoy competition and welcome a challenge? Edinboro University has a wheelchair basketball team. For more information, contact head coach Jim Glatch at (814) 732-1875 or through email at jglatch@edinboro.edu.

          Air rifle target shooting

Interested in shooting an air rifle? Officer Eric Kraus of the Edinboro University Police Department has established a group for students interested in target shooting.
