The Bates Gallery is a student-run gallery space that showcases the talents of Edinboro University’s Art Department students with weekly exhibitions during the fall and spring semesters. At the end of each semester, students who wish to exhibit in the gallery the following semester apply with their work and are juried in by their peers.
The gallery is run by the Student Art League and managed by an Art Department graduate assistant, who can be contacted via the Bates Gallery Facebook Page for any questions. Bates Gallery is located on the first floor of Loveland Hall and is generally open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Edinboro’s other on-campus art gallery is the Bruce Gallery. Additional information on it can be found here.
