Parking on Campus

For the convenience of its students, faculty and staff and guests, PennWest Edinboro provides several parking lots across campus. Permits for parking can be purchased from the Campus Police Department.

Parking enforcement is among the many responsibilities of the University Police. All visitors, students and employees must obtain a valid parking permit from campus police prior to parking on campus. Parking is validated on campus by a decal permit or temporary permit available at the Police Department. A valid vehicle registration, driver's license and student or employee ID card must be presented when applying for a parking decal.

The yearly student parking decal fee is $75 per vehicle. A replacement decal is $25.

In order to pay a parking ticket, you can either pay online or physically go the Bursar's Office in Hamilton Hall to pay in person.

All visitors, students and employees must obtain a valid parking permit from campus police prior to parking on campus. There are two forms of parking permit at PennWest Edinboro: a decal or a temporary parking permit.

Students and Employees

To obtain a parking permit decal, you must first register your vehicle online. Please log into myPennWest, click Discover More, then click on the Edinboro Parking Permit Request card. If prompted to enter a second vehicle and you wish to register only one, simply enter the same vehicle twice. A parking decal costs $75/year for students and is charged to your University account.

Decals can be picked up at the University Police Department one hour after your online registration is complete.
